QR Code Management
Edit destination
Used to change the destination URL of the QR Code. Changes are saved as a new Version without needing to recreate the existing QR Code.
Schedule change
Used to schedule the date and time when the QR Code should automatically switch to a new Destination URL.
Example: Set the QR Code to change from its current URL to https://localforyou.com/contact-us/ on 21 Sep 2026 at 14:00.
Pause
Used to temporarily suspend QR Code activity. When paused, users are not directed to the current Destination URL, and the system can redirect to the Fallback URL instead.
Archive
Used to archive QR Codes that are no longer needed from the Active list without deleting their historical data from the system.
Version History
This section stores the change history of Destination URLs.
- Version Version number of the Destination URL
- Destination URL specified in that Version
- Changed Date and time when the change was made
- By Person who performed the change
- Restore Used to create a new Version based on the Destination of a previous Version
Key Concept: Restoring will not overwrite existing history, but will create a new Version instead, allowing full change history tracking at any time.
QR Code
This section displays the QR Code used for the Dynamic URL. The QR Code image remains unchanged even if the Destination URL is changed.
The QR Code can be downloaded in the following formats:
- PNG
- SVG
Therefore, the key highlight of this system is:
Users only need to print or distribute the QR Code once, and can change the destination URL later without needing to generate or print a new QR Code.
Analytics
This section is used to view QR Code usage statistics, such as:
- Total scans — Total number of scans
- Unique — Number of unique users/devices according to system settings
- Today — Number of scans today
- This month — Number of scans this month
- Last scan — Time of the most recent scan
- Graph — Displays scan trends over time
