How to View Uber Delivery Tracking

Check where an Uber delivery is from the order details • Local For You Admin

When to use: A customer or driver asks where an Uber delivery is, or you want to check if it has been delivered.

Where: Orders page → order Details → Delivery Tracking Url → Delivery link

1 Find the Uber order and click Details

Orders delivered by Uber show the Uber logo on the order card, usually in the On Route column. Hover over the card and click Details.

2 Click the “Delivery” link to track it

In the Details tab, check that Delivery Provider shows Uber. Then find Delivery Tracking Url and click the blue Delivery link.

3 The Uber tracking page opens

It shows the delivery status (e.g. Order delivered) and the driver. Scroll down for Delivery details.

Quick check: The order window also shows Delivery Status, Delivery Time, Distance and Driving Time, so you can often answer a customer without opening the Uber page.
