How to Refund an Order

Find the Refund option in the order’s Actions menu • Local For You Admin

When to use: You need to give a customer their money back for an order.

Where: Orders page → order Details → Actions → Refund

1 Find the order and click Details

On the Orders page, hover over the order card and click Details.

2 Click “Actions”

The order window opens. Click the Actions dropdown.

3 Choose “Refund”

From the list (Print – Front, Print – Kitchen, Refund, Delete Order), choose Refund.

Before you refund: Check the order number at the top of the window (e.g. #186) to make sure you have the right order. Be careful not to choose Delete Order by mistake.
