Common Amelia Issues

1. AI จองไม่ได้

ตรวจสอบ:

☐ Website URL ถูกต้อง

☐ Amelia API Key ถูกต้อง

☐ API Key ยังใช้งานได้

☐ Service ใน Amelia เปิดใช้งานอยู่

☐ Employee / Therapist ถูกผูกกับ Service แล้ว

☐ เวลาเปิด-ปิด และ Availability ใน Amelia ถูกต้อง

☐ ไม่มี Minimum time required before booking ที่ทำให้จองไม่ได้

2. Cancel / Reschedule ไม่ได้

ตรวจสอบใน Amelia:

☐ Minimum time required before cancelling

☐ Minimum time required before rescheduling

ตัวอย่าง:

หากตั้ง Cancel minimum time ไว้ 3 วัน ลูกค้าจะไม่สามารถยกเลิก booking ที่เหลือเวลาเพียง 1 วันก่อนนัดได้

3. Booking ไม่แสดงใน Amelia

ตรวจสอบ:

☐ AI แจ้งว่าจองสำเร็จจริงหรือไม่

☐ API Key ถูกต้องหรือไม่

☐ Website URL ใน Admin Panel ถูกต้องหรือไม่

☐ Service / Employee / Location ใน Amelia ตั้งค่าถูกต้องหรือไม่

☐ Timezone ใน Amelia, Admin Panel และ Prompt ตรงกันหรือไม่

4. ราคา / Service ไม่ตรง

ตรวจสอบ:

☐ ข้อมูล Service ใน Amelia ถูกต้อง

☐ Prompt ใช้ชื่อ Service ตรงกับ Amelia

☐ Get Massage Service Format ถูกต้อง

☐ หากมี Promotion หรือ Deposit ต้องตรวจสอบว่าข้อมูลใน Prompt และ Amelia ไม่ขัดกัน
