Use "Logged in Only" Feature

Steps:

1. Log in to your account https://admin.localforyoucarts.com/login
2. Go to Settings

3. Go to Promo Codes > Click the type of promo you want to set up

4. Go to Logged in Customers Only > Toggle to enable

5. Click Save
